The preseason football rankings, compiled by Jim Paulsen and the Strib Varsity coverage team, will be published online at stribvarsity.com on Tuesday morning. Randy Shaver, the longtime face of Minnesota high school football coverage who is partnering with Strib Varsity this season, sat down with Strib Varsity reporters Paulsen and Cassidy Hettesheimer to discuss the rankings ahead of the release.
