Minnewaska, unranked a few weeks ago, finished the regular season undefeated and was ranked third in Class 2A in 2025’s final poll released this week.

The Lakers, who received five first-place votes, are the only undefeated team in the state in any class. To remain that way, they defeated No. 1-ranked Hawley in the final match of the regular season. They were ranked sixth in the previous poll.

The biggest jump in any other class was Champlin Park moving from seventh into a tie for fifth with East Ridge in Class 4A.

The only team new to its top 10 this week is Centennial. The Cougars are No. 10 in Class 4A.

The statewide poll is conducted by the Minnesota Volleyball Coaches Association.
