Maple Grove has won 15 consecutive games, extending from last year’s undefeated 13-0 season, which ended with the Crimson hoisting the Class 6A state championship trophy.
Maple Grove remains No. 1 in the Top 25, but others, including No. 2 Minnetonka, are hard on the Crimson’s heels. Those teams meet Oct. 15.
