The most notable dips came in Class 2A, but other teams dropped, or moved up, in 4A, 3A and 1A as well.

Kasson-Mantorville runner David Obst rose to the top of Class 2A, and St. Paul Como Park climbed the team list.
The individual leaders in the boys cross-country rankings remained the same.
Chanhassen is the new No. 1, ahead of Lakeville North and Lakeville South, while the No. 1 teams in Class 3A, 2A and 1A remain the same.
Minneapolis North is off to its best start since 2022, when it finished 9-1. The Polars are tied for No. 5 in Class 3A with Holy Family.
Lakeville North replaces rival at No. 1 in Class 4A, while Marshall (3A), Hawley (2A) and Minneota (1A) hold steady in the coaches poll released Sept. 7.
