Mayer Lutheran and Minneota, the teams that played for the state title last fall, switched spots atop their class’ list.
Lakeville South rose to No. 1 in Class 4A, moving Chanhassen down to No. 2.

Chanhassen is the new No. 1, ahead of Lakeville North and Lakeville South, while the No. 1 teams in Class 3A, 2A and 1A remain the same.
Marshall won its Southwest Minnesota Challenge last weekend, catapulting the Tigers into the No. 1 position.
Lakeville North replaces rival at No. 1 in Class 4A, while Marshall (3A), Hawley (2A) and Minneota (1A) hold steady in the coaches poll released Sept. 7.
