Ahead of the Week 8 games, Centennial and Lakeville South moved into the upper echelon in Class 6A.
Losses by No. 2 Minnetonka and No. 3 Forest Lake left Class 6A with a single undefeated team, Maple Grove.

No. 8 Andover pulled out a victory over Anoka when it scored with 12 seconds to play in a game that included 123 points. Ranked teams Eden Prairie, Moorhead, Chaska, Hermantown and Mankato East lost.
The top teams in the other classes stayed put in this week’s class-by-class polls.
