Benilde-St. Margaret’s dropped from No. 2 to No. 4 in 3A, which benefitted Hill-Murray.
Meanwhile, several teams entered the coaches poll this week. They were DeLaSalle, Foley, Caledonia, Pine River-Backus and Hills-Beaver Creek.

Of the four classifications, Class 2A had the most movement with four teams moving two spots or more in the coaches poll.
Orono senior Mya Moore, a Creighton recruit, scored a combined 44 points in wins over Lakeville North (73-48) and Delano (79-46).
Class 3A had the most newcomers to the list with Delano and Fergus Falls joining the top 10 at No. 9 and No. 10.
As December wins add up, so does Monticello’s confidence and experience against tougher teams.
The most notable dips came in Class 2A, but other teams dropped, or moved up, in 4A, 3A and 1A as well.
The top 10 shifted somewhat, with Maple Grove and Eastview rising in the statewide, all-classification ranking.
These teams across Minnesota qualified for the girls basketball state tournament March 11-14.
