Maple Grove and Minnewaska carry the longest active win streaks in the first Minnesota Top 25 of the postseason.

The teams are beginning section tournaments this week as they play their way toward state.

Ja’Dale Thompson, Billy Cornett, Lev Dougherty, Kaela Haycraft, Lauren Lansing, Reese Majerus and Alex Vellieux are recognized for their success.

A regular-season rematch between Marshall, the No. 1 team in 3A, and Lakeville South, the defending 4A state champion, ended with a different outcome.
